Footwell lighting

Anyone have a write up on how to install foot-well lighting in a 2014+?

 

I installed it in my 2013 Z71 and 2 Camaros. I was just wondering if it is the same setup as a 2013 Silverado

for crew cab owners, I assume you installed the rear lighting under the front seats. How did you run the wires back there and do you have to leave enough slack so they don't become disconnected if you move the front seats back and forth?

Is this directed towards me? I connected under the front seats and ran the wires along /under the plastic sills. Had plenty of wire. Laid it out before making connection
